Play’n GO launched this naval video slot in July 2022.  In this game you are in charge of a fleet heading into a battle with spinning reels. Collect symbols to aid in your attacks whilst the cascading reels bring waves and waves of opponents and symbols to face off against.

This 9×9 cascading slot game presents a birdseye view of the battle zone, with a grid filled with a fleet of ships. That’s a pretty big grid, compared to say Dropz which has a 6×6 area. That does expand though.

It kind of reminds me of Battleships and there is a whole load more grid area than a more traditional set up like Gonzita’s Quest or Mermaids Millions.

The deep blue sea reflecting the clouds above is the battlefield and backdrop. With its metallic finish, two sandbag-shielded field cannons set the scene. The game’s naval commanders sit alongside a fillable meter to the left of the grid, helping you with strategies throughout your battle.

Cash of Command’s symbols are a collection of military rank patches and medals. The lowest paying of these include the single green stripe, bronze double stripes, triple blue stripes, silver diamond and purple star metallic patches.

Three additional symbols have larger payouts when landed as cluster combinations. Gold framed medals adorned with a blue sapphire, green emerald and red ruby trigger the higher payouts, with the ruby medal setting off a potential payout of 5000x your original stake if you manage to land a cluster combination of 50 or more. That’s not an easy one to pull off however…….

The Wilds in Cash of Command are the golden ‘W’ symbols, which substitute for all other regular symbols on the play table.

This game’s cascading grid makes for an entertaining slot. On each turn, the game’s military patch symbols neatly fall into place. If you land a winning cluster combination, the contributing symbols are destroyed by your naval fleet, and the bonus meter to the left fills by the number of patches you landed.

Cash of Command Slot Bonus Features

One of Cash of Command’s bonus features can help out on non-winning spins. The baron’s two turrets in either bottom corner of the game will fire on the play grid at random. This will trigger additional wild symbols and could help turn that non-winning spin into a hit.

The bonus bar filled with naval commanders can also help you in battle. This fillable meter has four different levels with corresponding modifiers at each one. When landing 15 symbols in a spin, the first-level commander will fire a barrage of Wilds onto the play table from his blue ship to help you.

Landing 40 symbols in a spin will trigger the second-level commander, who randomly turns two sets of regular symbols on the playing field into another using his green ship.

If you land  70 symbols, this activates the naval commander no. 3, who will fire four large 2×2 symbols onto the grid from her red ship.

And if you’re lucky enough to have landed 110 consecutive symbols in this cascading slot game, the Baron Fusco feature will be activated. This bonus will result in all ships and boats being eliminated one by one from the playing field until only one of these remains. The final standing ship will activate an upgraded version of previously triggered bonuses.
