Aloha! Cluster Pays Slot Game Play

The Aloha! Cluster Pays slot is an interesting one, as it has an unusual configuration of six reels with five symbols on each reel (although you get large and small symbols- but we’ll explain that in more detail below).

Your symbols on the reels include seven icons: the red, blue and green Tiki masks, a juicy pineapple, half a tasty tropical coconut, a pale green oyster shell and a beautiful pink orchid. There’s your Pina Colada.

Cluster Pays

The big daddy pay-outs in the Aloha slot are from the Cluster Pay game mechanic. There are no pay-lines in the slot, instead, you get your wins by landing groups of symbols together. This was first launched in this game and this mechanic has been copied many times since.

When the same symbols land next to each other horizontally or vertically they will form clusters of nine symbols or more, and if you’re lucky these clusters could pay out some coinage!

You’ll also find that there are stacked symbols in play, which will count as 2x symbols too, and this should help you to stack up some wins.

Substitution symbol

Keep your eyes peeled for the big white question mark icon on the wooden box, which is known as the Substitution Symbol in Wombat circles.

If you build up a Cluster Win, you will randomly activate a Sticky Re-Win. Sounds delicious, does it not?

Well, it’s got nothing to do with cakes and everything to do with symbols being anchored to the spot for another spin!
