What’s The Deal?
Ever wondered what life might be like inside a massive pinball machine? Well now’s your chance to find out, in 3 Devils Pinball slot from Crazy Tooth Studio in conjunction with Games Global (formerly Microgaming).
We have just got off another Games Global collaboration, this time with Stormcraft Studios, called the Fire Forge slot, and that was a good ‘un so we have high hopes…
Let’s see what it’s all about…
Graphics and Theme
The action is set in a retro pinball machine on a dark blue background, with flames on either side and a tiny wee devil at the top overseeing your spins.
It’s a cartoon-flavoured slot that fits nicely with the pinball theme and the soundtrack is a bonkers melody that will put a smile on your face.
Pay Table
There 8 standard symbols on your reels; 4 different coloured flames in pink, green, blue, and orange as the low value icons, plus a trident, a nasty-looking devil with curved horns, and another lucifer-type fella with spiky horns.
Top Payers
The most lucrative symbol in play is the creepy close up of the devil grinning. He’ll scoop you a meagre 2.5x your bet for 6. OK, it’s not the most impressive pay table we’ve seen but wait for the bonuses!
You’ll also see the white bumpers which have no value at all and are just there for the pinball effect.
Special Symbols
A swirling blue symbol is wild and can land with 1x or x2 multiplier from time to time which is a nice touch.
Finally, the scatter is the red bumper icon with the devils horns on them.
3 Devils Pinball Slot Gameplay
3 Devils Pinball slot has 6 reels, 4 rows and 25 pay-lines – but this can go up to 50 (more on that later). OK, that’s not as many ways to win as the Gimme Gold Megaways slot, but there’s some nice features in this game.
Place your bets from 0.20 to 50.00 coins per pinball wizard flick! Of course you could always just play on the CSI slot as that has 50 straight off the bat, but that’s no the point. It’s good to expand!
The volatility in this slot is medium, which technically means the bonus features trigger often, but are limited in how much they will pay out.
Bonuses
Power Path & Pinball Feature
This can be set off at random during the base game. The reel board will now expand to x8 rows and double the pay-lines up to 50. EEK!
Next, a pinball is launched at the reels, on a ‘Power Path’ trajectory and will transform all icons into Wilds along its way – giving you the chance to net some pretty big wins!
3 Devil’s Bonus
Manage to hit 3x of the Scatter symbols and a new reel grid will pop up for you to take your bonus on. It’s covered with cash amounts and pinball bumpers.
This bonus is divided into 4 rounds, with the Power Path activating and picking a path across the collecting the prizes in its way. Each round will increase the win multiplier by x1 and in the last round you’ll be awarded a x5 multiplier on all your wins.
Conclusion
So what’s the verdict on 3 Devils Pinball slot?
This Wombat likes the concept behind the game – because who doesn’t like pinball? Plus, the features are pretty imaginative. But we found the game play is a little bit lacklustre as we didn’t see the 3 Devils feature once…
Spin and decide for yourselves!
Wombat score: 3.9/5
